Brij Taneja

Partner

Brij has been in practice for over twenty five years. He has considerable experience in accounting and business planning for companies and unincorporated businesses. He spent several years in a medium size national practice where he was engaged in audit and assurance and a wide range of accountancy and tax compliance work.

He is now involved in tax compliance and consultancy specialising in owner managed businesses as well as being involved in quality assurance work for the firm. He has wide range of expertise in dealing with H. M. Revenue and Customs enquiries and investigations.

Brij has extensive experience in due diligence work in business acquisitions. He provides proactive business advice and solutions. He prides himself on establishing long term trusted business relationships with clients.

Brij is a keen badminton and table tennis player. He also keenly follows cricket having once been an enthusiastic cricketer himself.

Saeed Ferdos

Partner

Saeed was educated in the UK and USA. He completed his accountancy qualification with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)  and Institute of Chartered Accountants  (ACA) . Saeed  is also qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) specialising in taxation of Owner Managed Businesses.

Saeed trained with a medium size firm, gaining expertise in all aspects of accountancy for small and medium size businesses. He also worked for a number of years at an accountancy systems integrator in London gaining expertise in a number of enterprise management systems. Here he was responsible for delivering accountancy solutions to clients.

Saeed returned to practice in 1996 and soon after established a firm in West London, Pars Mackenzie.  He expanded this practice which later merged with Flinthams to form Flintham Mackenzie.  He is responsible for assessing client businesses and requirements prior to engagement, reviewing and improving client accounting systems, preparing business plans including cash-flow projections, breakeven analysis, assessing and advising on tax matters and planning requirements.

Shirin Aboutalebi

FCCA, BSc, LLB

Shirin qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2003 having trained with a practice in Central London. She has developed her own diversified client portfolio from providing advice to individuals, partnerships and limited companies in a wide variety of industries. Shirin helps to provide a pro-active service both advising start-ups in how to grow their businesses in the most tax efficient manner. Her overriding aim is to address each client’s needs and circumstances on an individual basis, offering personalised advice and help in differing circumstances.

Outside the office, she enjoys singing, going to gym and taking an interest in local community activities.
